  In the past I have used this company and they have been great, reasonable price, fast service. HOWEVER when I wait around all day for a scheduled appointment, and not only does the plumber not show up, but I never even get a phone call, that is not customer service. Then after I call 45 minutes after appointment , I'm told by the owner that he'll call me 'right back' and that never happens, sorry, that's it, I'm done..... I know stuff may happen, but the very least I expect is the courtesy of a call to let me know.... rude and inconsiderate.... there are plenty of plumbers in town....
