  I would advice anyone ordering from this store to be very careful. I had purchase from the Vegas location before and they were great, so I felt I would have the same experience at this location but it wasn't so. The dress I ordered didn't arrived in the best conditions so asked to exchange it or get credit, the "manager" was rude and not very helpful, I personally asked her for instructions on how to return the dress, which I followed but gave me the wrong instructions. I even called her from the post office to verify I was doing it right, she seemed annoyed but I did what she said. Now My dress has been wondering around for close to a month now and she wouldn't even speak to me on the phone, instead the poor receptionist was the middle person. As of right now, I am still waiting to see the outcome of this situation and will definitely update it. My advice is to beware, keep all receipts, call so you have phone records and write it all down. Or find another store.
