  I visited Visionworks a few weeks ago for an eye exam. This was my first experience since working in the optical industry, so I was skeptical of how it would go. IT WAS AWESOME! Dr. Besty Jacob and his staff did a phenomenal job. The technician that greeted me and got me started with the "pre-test" as my old job referred to it, was super helpful and took care of me right away. Dr. Jacob conducted the exam very soon after I was finished with the technician, he made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and why it was important for my vision. I'm confident he did a very thorough exam even though it didn't take very long. He also answered all of my questions about the health of my eyes before assisting me with contacts. He gave me a free pair of trials and reminded me to come back in a week to have them checked out, ensuring I was happy with the vision and comfort. I was also very excited to find out that my eyeglass prescription did not change, so I didn't have to shop for new glasses! :) I'd recommend him to anyone in need of an eye exam.

  I highly recommend this Visionworks in Plantation. I was out of the USA when I needed to place a complicated order by phone. Leslie answered, took my order and allowed my daughter to come in and complete the Insurance docs in my absence. The glasses were ready on time. Visionworks even did a quick replacement for me when I did get back and one of the ear-stems accidentally broke. All of that with friendly top service and a smile. When you go, be sure to ask for Leslie.

  Excellent service did not even originally by the pair of prescription glasses and they fix them right away very nice staff we will go back when we get the prescription to buy the 2 for 1 deal and one of the pairs will be the transition pairs that turned dark when you go outside

  Service is excellent here ask for Doctor RobertSharek he is awesome he explain every thing to me and the rep Carlos who assist me with my lens was excellent they have your best interests if you have any eye exam to do come to the Dian location
